As developing the strategic plan for the next five years, CETRAD invited INOVA+ – an international consulting firm specialised in supporting innovation and R&D initiatives and organisations – to lead the team in defining success and finding the most suitable strategies to realise it.

The afternoon workshop took place on the 6th of June at UTAD, with around 30 team members participating from diverse research areas and across organisational functions and levels, including senior and junior researchers, PhD students and local collaborators. Incorporating various strategic planning models, INOVA+ guided CETRAD’s team to find a common vision, set priorities and brainstorm about necessary actions and interventions.

This workshop is part of a series of collaborative events planned to mobilise members, collaborators and even stakeholders of CETRAD to create a forward-thinking yet realistic plan for the upcoming period.
