This initiative is part of the curricular unit Social Work, Diversity and Social Inequalities, integrated into the Master’s Degree in Social Work. The session aims to foster critical reflection on emerging challenges and evolving contexts of intervention in Social Work.
The event will feature a presentation by Helena M. Carvalho and includes the launch of a collective work that brings together contemporary perspectives on the field. Notably, the publication includes a chapter dedicated to Digital Social Work, authored by Daniela Monteiro, Paula Sousa, and José Luís D`Almeida.
The session is framed within a Seminar/Research and Development Project (SPID) and is open to both the academic community and the general public with an interest in Social Work and related fields.
