Emili Santos, PhD student and CETRAD fellow, participated in the 1st EBEN Portugal Conference โ Creating Value with Values: Ethics in Organizations, organised by the European Business Ethics Network Portugal, where she presented the paper โThe Ethical Compass of Co-Creation: Facilitators as Guardians of Responsible Innovationโ .
The presentation focused on the ethical dimension of facilitation in co-creation processes, examining the role of facilitators as responsible actors in promoting inclusion, transparency and legitimacy within innovation ecosystems. The research was developed within the framework of the European project LivingSoiLL (Healthy Soil to Permanent Crops Living Labs), funded under the EU Missions โ The Soil Mission.
During the event, one of the project partners, QXote, was also present, reinforcing the collaborative nature of the LivingSoiLL consortium.
