On 9–10 June 2025, an in-person training session was held at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), in Poland, with the facilitators of the Grójec Living Lab. The session was led by Professor Lívia Madureira (UTAD), coordinator of WP2 of the European project Healthy Soil to Permanent Crops Living Labs – LivingSoiLL.

The main objective of the training was to strengthen the capacities of the local facilitators (SGGW) — in applying the co-creation methods developed within the scope of the project, compiled in the Co-Creation Methods Toolbox (CCMToolbox). The training covered key concepts, participatory methodologies, and practical tools designed to support the effective facilitation of collaborative processes with local stakeholders.

The programme included the training on co-creation journey and methods, and technical visits to experimental partner sites, as well as a strategic meeting with representatives of the Grójec Orchards Association (Stowarzyszenie Sady Grójeckie), reinforcing local commitment to the objectives of the Living Lab.
