Description:

Sabor Sur seeks to develop synergies and cooperation between companies in the food and hospitality sector with research centres and universities and to promote investment in the development of food products and services, technology transfer, stimulation of demand, networking and clustering and open innovation through smart specialisation.
Sabor Sur supports technological and applied research in new gastronomy pilot lines and the early validation of new products, the capacity building of the hospitality sector for advanced manufacturing and the use of essential and versatile enabling technologies.
