GROW:UP – Crescer em Regiões de Fronteira em Portugal: jovens, percursos educativos e agendas (Concluded Project)

Description:

The GROW:UP project proposes to investigate in frontier contexts the mutual influences of individual, contextual/institutional and systemic factors on young people’s biographies and to analyse how communities are proactively counteracting inequalities by fostering investment in positive pathways.
The project aims to investigate promising community approaches that encourage youth pathways, preventing risk factors such as disengagement from school, lack of participation and future scenarios.
GROW:UP will analyse European and national policies and their territorial articulation with local programmes and practices, analysing the stability and resilience of these initiatives in supporting young people and identifying key indicators and competencies of resilient communities.
