Vahid Ghasemi, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Europeia in Lisbon. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Interdisciplinary Journal of Management Studies (IJMS) and is a research member at CEFAGE in Portugal. Additionally, he is a member of the editorial boards of the Journal of Promotion Management and Frontiers in Sustainable Tourism, among other journals. His academic journey culminated in the attainment of a European Ph.D. (Doctor Europaeus) in Economics and Business, a distinguished achievement awarded by the University of Cagliari in Italy. Dr. Ghasemi’s research expertise lies in Marketing Strategy and Consumer Behavior, with a specific focus on Destination Management and Tourism. He was honored with the Valene Smith Prize for excellence in tourism research. His research was acknowledged through the presentation of the best paper at two international conferences.
