Full Professor at Lusófona University, and the Scientific Coordinator of the Degree in Human Resources Management, at the School of Economic Sciences and Organizations of Lusófona University. She holds a PhD in Sociology, by the Westfaeliche Wilhelms Universitaet Muenster. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management and Business Management, as a University Professor and as a consultant. She has several publications in the field of Human Resources Management.
