Joaquim Luís Monteiro Ferreira holds a Ph.D. in Business Sciences from the University of Minho. He obtained his Master’s degree in Financial Economics and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Beira Interior. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship under the FEDER Project – EMaDES (Energy, Materials and Sustainable Development), which focuses on Industrial Districts and Technological Spillovers. His research interests include Sustainable/Climate Finance, International Finance, and Financial Economics and has been published in journals indexed in the Web of Science/Scopus, and ranked in the Academic Journal Guide (AJG/ABS).
