PhD student working jointly with University of Salamanca (Spain), under FCT fellowship PRT/BD/154929/2023. She holds a BA in Anthropology (ISCSP-UL) and an MA in Development Studies โ€“ Sustainable Development (ISCTE-IUL). Her background spans anthropology and sustainable development, with strong interests in gender studies, rural development, agroecology, qualitative analysis, and environmental anthropology. Her research focuses on gender equality in rural contexts, the digital divide in remote areas, community-based inclusion of rural women, and sustainable territorial development, with an emphasis on cross-border analyses between Spain and Portugal. She bridges academia, activism, and the arts, using participatory and creative methods to address rural inequality, climate justice, and social transformation.
