Ph.D. in Management, MSc in Finance with a degree in Economics and a post-graduation in Financial Analysis.
With more than 23 years of professional experience in several financial functions within different multinational organisations, is currently the Head of Treasury at Novabase, a public company and a multinational firm that provides IT infrastructure solutions and services, where he is responsible for all global Corporate Treasury activities, including financial risks management.
Prior to Novabase worked in TIMWE, a top tier global player that provides mobile marketing, entertainment, and money solutions. Also worked in various other multinational companies, such as Martifer Group, Ernst & Young, Banco Santander and KPMG, where he served in various audit and corporate finance positions.
Is a Visiting Teaching Professor at Universidade Europeia. His research interests include Corporate Finance, Valuation and Public Policies. He is also a member of two supervisory boards.
