Associate Professor at the Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria (Italy) since 2023 (SSD ICAR/22).
He teaches Real Estate Appraisal and Economic Evaluation of Plans and Projects (ICAR 22 SSD) in the Architecture, Design and Civil Engineering Degree Courses, at the same University, where he is also: head of the II level University Masters in “Cultural Tourism and Landscape” and in “Evaluation and Strategic Planning of City and Territory”; sole scientific director of the research laboratory “UNESCO Heritage of the Mediterranean – UNESCO Med Lab” (http://www.unescomedlab.unirc.it/).
Since 2019 he is Coordinator of ICOMOS Italia National Scientific Committee on “Cultural Tourism”.
Since 2011 he is Scientific co-Director of “LaborEst” – Economic Evaluations and Real Estate Appraisals Lab (http://www.laborest.unirc.it/) and co-Editor-in-Chief of “LaborEst”– open access scientific journal by Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria (Italy) (http://pkp.unirc.it/ojs/index.php/LaborEst).
Scientific Coordinator, with other collegues, of the International Symposium “New Metropolitan Perspectives” since 2014, biennial symposium (5 editions, http://www.nmp.unirc.it/).
Since 2019 he is member of the committee of Ph.D. program in “Architecture”.
