Carla Ferreira holds a PhD in Development, Societies & Territories from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. Master in Industrial and Firm Economics at the University of Minho. Master in Biological Engineering at the University of Minho and a Master in Industrial and Firm Economics at the same University. Currently, she is a researcher at the Centre for Transdisciplinary Development Studies (CETRAD) on the AgroServ – Integrated services supporting a sustainable agroecological transition. She was post-doctoral scholarship at the Centre of Applied Research in Management and Economics (CARME). She enrolled as a researcher at the Centro ALGORITMI. She is the author of several publications in scientific journals with peer review and indexed in the various international databases (Web of Science – Clarivate Analytics, and Scopus). Participation in presentations at various national and international congresses and member of the Scientific Commissions and Organizing Committees in academic events. She has extensive knowledge of the elicitation of consumer preferences.
