Holds a PhD in Management (specialising in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour), and is a social and organisational psychologist. She worked in the Human Resources department of Sonae Sierra and has experience as a researcher at the Portuguese Catholic University (Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics) and the Public Security Police (PSP). She is currently an adjunct professor at Nova SBE and is also an assistant professor (part-time) at the European University and a visiting assistant professor at ISCTE-IUL. My research explores new ways of thinking about the social, ethical and environmental dimensions of business. I also explore other ideas of corporate ethics and political behaviour that strengthen corporate action and political capital
