Degree in Psychology (2009-2011) and Master in Clinical Psychology from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro since 2014, she is a member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association since 2017. She works in the third sector as part of the monitoring of the Social Integration Income measure and in the private clinical psychology consultation clinic until now.

She is currently a PhD student in Development, Societies and Territories (3rd year), and her main research interests are the changes in social policies, the decentralization of social action, poverty and social exclusion, and territorial inequalities.
