Territorial development is a global challenge that policymakers, academics, and local and international organizations strive to address. Transdisciplinarity contributes to this discourse by integrating different types of knowledge across and beyond academic disciplines and providing possible solutions to real-world societal problems. In this webinar, we will discuss experiences and lessons learned from several transdisciplinary projects carried out in different countries such as Austria, Georgia, and Brazil.

• Dr. Tamara Mitrofanenko (BOKU The University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria) presents Living Labs as a participatory approach to testing and facilitating local sustainability initiatives.

• Dr. Lela Khartishvili (Ilia State University, Tbilisi, Georgia) presents the transdisciplinary approaches to achieving integrated management of green destinations.
The webinar is moderated by Dr. Tigran Keryan, the Centre for Transdisciplinary Development Studies, University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, Portugal.
