On 11 April, the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD) will host the presentation session of the UI-CAP project: Universities as a Training Interface for Technological Job Creation.
This project’s mission is to stimulate the training of young people in technological areas, promoting awareness-raising, guidance and accompaniment actions that help shape educational and training paths that are more in line with the challenges of today’s labour market. UI-CAP also aims to boost young entrepreneurship, supporting both those who want to set up their own business and those looking for qualified entry into the existing business fabric.
📍 The event will take place in UTAD’s Geosciences Auditorium, starting at 2.15pm:
- Welcome session by the Rector of UTAD (or representative)
- Official presentation of the UI-CAP Project
- Debate: “Transition to the labour market: Employment vs Entrepreneurship”
- Networking moment during the final coffee break
It will be a space for reflection and sharing ideas on the role of universities in building better prepared, more dynamic and entrepreneurial future professionals.
🎯 Admission is free and open to the whole community.
