PhD in Business Science (U. Extremadura), Master’s in Commercial Operations Management (U. Católica) and Degree in Business Administration and Management (U. Católica). She has carried out research in the area of consumer behaviour and the valuation of agri-food products, with various articles published in scientific journals. She has participated in entrepreneurial projects and the transfer of knowledge to the business world.
